Matt Day Crew

Matt received his open water certification from Capt. Tim Thorsen in 2009.
The summer of 2011 Matt became a dive crew member aboard the Viking and on his first dive he did a tie in on the Oriskny at 131 ft.
Matt is 17 yrs old and is an honors student at Aletheia Christian Academy.
He was named by the United States Judo Association “the Florida Junior Judo Player for 2010.” He has competed in judo tournaments through out the southeast and at the Junior Olympics in Dallas.
Matt is a 2nd Lt in the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Squadron and has several flight hours in a Cessna.
Matt has qualified as an expert marksman on the Navy Pistol Qualification Course.
His goal is to attend one of the military academies and become a member of a Special Forces team.
